Hi guys. Thank you for the forum. I stole a 40’ Endeavour and sailed back from Daytona Beach in time for Corona for refit that has gone SLOW.
Living aboard and working currently to finish shore power connections & wiring, Xantrex bafflements to monitor and charge batteries. Engine service and I might be able to sail by end on October.
Potable water was contaminated, so working water system and refurb heads

A design wonderment is that Endeavour put a gimbaled electric stove and range on the boat. The current cruiser thinking is solar, big lithium bank and convection microwave mounted under induction cook top. Could use help/discussions on fabricating the gimbal arrangement to fit in a 21 ½ inch wide space.
I have watched convection M/Ws as companies making them change models or drop making them. I find this 1.2 cubic foot model that seems to work for me at 20 ½ inches, with a pull down door to try and keep from getting burned placing food in/out of a moving target:
What I want to share from my search is I found a stash of them scratch & dent in a shop in Houston for $80. I was tempted to buy 2!

The place is a “dump” of warehouse/repair shop space. I saw 3 or 4 of THIS model and a hundred or so other brands. There were also a hundred or more portable a/c units and dehumidifiers.
