On-board: 10:30 am (departs @ 11:00 am) back by sunset

This is not a leisure sail.
Registrants are expected to actively participate in the operation of the boat. The ability to operate winches, handle lines and move about the boat are a necessity. Recommend obtaining sailing gloves for personal protection.
